• This offer is only for Oxigen Wallet Registered Users (“User(s)”)
• Offer is applicable on Oxigen Web & App both.
• Offer is not valid for Oxigen USA Purchase.
• Oxigen does not have any liability of products/services purchased from Gift cards. Any Gift card merchant related concern should be directed towards merchant customer care team.
• In case of any discount related query within 48 hours from the time of transaction, user should write to care@oxigenwallet.com. No claims will be entertained thereafter.
• Oxigen reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer of Oxigen.
• In addition to the above, Oxigen wallet terms at shall be applicable.
• Users shall take sole responsibility for privacy and confidentiality of their Oxigen Wallet account and password.
• Cancelled or declined transactions are not eligible for the discounted price.
• This offer is at the sole discretion of Oxigen and Oxigen's decision shall be final and binding on the customer.
• In case of any disputes, the customer is required to produce proof of transaction for discount eligibility.
• In no event the aggregate liability of Oxigen shall exceed the percentage of discount; the User is entitled for, under this Offer.
• Unlawful modification or abuse of the Offer is prohibited.
• Oxigen disclaims all third party liabilities that may arise from or in connection with this offer.
• This Offer is subject to force majeure terms.
• Any dispute relating to this Offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
